Light-weight expanded clay aggregates (LECA) are a reusable growing medium ideal for semi-hydroponic setups and for promoting excellent aeration and drainage in regular use, making them perfect for houseplants, aroids, hydroponics setups, and some orchids.
Use LECA on its own for soilless growing, or mix it into regular potting substrates to boost airflow and prevent root rot. Before your first use, rinse the pebbles to remove dust (optional). Over time, just clean and reuse—LECA is a sustainable choice for plant lovers looking for healthier roots and simplified plant care.
