Where we ship from
We ship from Barrie, Ontario, Canada. Local pickup is available during checkout, contact us for pickup address! All other packages will include a tracking number.
Where we ship to
We currently ship to Canada, USA, and some other countries. If there are no shipping options available, please contact us - we might be able to ship to you with a custom service!
Import duties and taxes
We have updated our checkout process to calculate duties for orders going outside of Canada; these parcels will be delivered duty paid, but may still be subject to your local taxes. Please stay updated with your region's import laws.
Processing times
All order processing will usually take 1-3 business days, please allow for longer processing times for large or custom orders.
Delivery times
Domestic services within Canada are usually completed in 3-14 business days. International services are usually completed within 5-30 business days depending on distance from Canada. Rural locations may take longer. These times are NOT guarantees, and delays may occur unexpectedly for any reason. Due to ongoing tariff policy changes, deliveries to the USA may face delays at any time.
Packaging
To reduce waste and cut down on costs, we often reuse boxes and other packing material for your orders. As a result, your package may look a bit different every time.
What delivery companies we use
To keep costs low, we utilize numerous third-party delivery services. The carrier you select may be replaced by a different service based on pricing and speed.
Apartment/Condos and P.O. boxes
If your address is an apartment unit, condo unit, or P.O. Box, please select Canada Post for Canadian addresses. If not available, we will use the next best carrier who may contact you by phone or email to notify you of delivery.
Rural addresses
Delivery to rural locations may take longer than our regular timeline. Some extreme rural locations may have limited delivery options; if nothing is available, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.
Missing parcel?
If your tracking info shows "Delivered" and you have not received your parcel, please contact us immediately. We will escalate the issue with our postal service in order to provide a refund or replacement.
Special instructions
If there are any delivery instructions or notes, please include them in your cart special instructions, or contact us before your order is dispatched. We will include them on your package, but following the instructions is up to the postal service employees and their policies.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the parcel and/or product is damaged. Please take photos and/or videos of the parcel, clearly showing the shipping labels and damaged locations/products. We may begin a claim with the responsible postal service to find the best solution.
